There are several easy methods to find out whether the blog you visit is a Dofollow blog or not:
The first method will be the very basic way, that is to look for the pages source code (you can press Ctrl + U or click ‘View’ and then ‘Page Source’ on Firefox browser). After that the page of source code will pop up, go to the comment section, you can hit Ctrl + F and use any comment’s name of your choice and let the browser take you there. Look for the Nofollow attribute (rel=”external nofollow”) located near the href link code, if you found them it means that the blog is a Nofollow blog. If there’s no code look similar with the one i just mentioned, it means the blog is Dofollow.

The second method is using Firefox Nodofollow plugin. Of course you will have to use Firefox as your browser in order to be able to use this plugin, it is a useful plugin that will helps to let you know which links are Dofollow and which links are Nofollow on any pages of a site you visit. The Nodofollow add on will highlight any links that is Dofollow in green color and highlight any links that is Nofollow in red on any webpage. To activate this, just simply right-click your mouse and select “Nodofollow” and let it do the job. You will no longer have to go into the source code of a webpage to check for Dofollow and Nofollow links.
